A membership in our "Trial Pack Program" with Pluto Pets offers customers a unique and easy way to get their pets to try our Superfood Softchew for $0.00, just pay the shipping. Each Trial Sized Pack will ship a total of 7 Softchews which is 7 full days of administering our product to their pets.
Our "Trial Pack Program" is commitment free and does not require any minimum billing cycles. Once the Trial Pack is delivered, customers have 14 days to let us know if they do not want a full jar of 60 Servings which will autoship at the end of the 14 days. By joining Pluto's "Trial Pack Program", you agree to receive your ordered product automatically shipped to your provided address. Our 60 Serving jar totals $39.90 and will be autoshipped monthly (29 days) until the customer cancels, pauses or skips.
Cancellation Option:
We make cancellation easy for you. If you wish to cancel your "Trial Pack Program", you may do so at any time by accessing your Customer Portal.
If not canceled, your subscription will automatically renew every 29 days, and your payment method will be charged, using the same details as your initial purchase.
Pause, or Skip/Reschedule Options:
We understand that flexibility is key. In addition to cancellation, customers have the option to pause or skip/reschedule their subscription deliveries through their Customer Portal. After The Trial
Your account will be billed and shipped every 29 days starting 12 days after you receive your trial. Under the "Trial Pack Program", you are agreeing to have the product you ordered automatically shipped to the address you provided. If you do not cancel you will be automatically charged using the same form of payment used for your initial purchase. The amount of the charge will be the same as the charge for the original purchase unless customer purchases under an introductory discount. The renewal term is continuous unless otherwise cancelled.
6 Month money-back-guarantee policy
To be eligible for our 6-month money-back guarantee, users must have diligently used Plutopets.co products for a full 6-month period. A Vet note from the user will be required to provide nutrition levels to Plutopets.co before and after use and proof of purchase of a six-month supply of Plutopets.co products. If the animals nutrition levels do improve and the proper documents are provided, a refund will be processed. Standard processing times are 10-14 business days. Chargeback Policy
We understand from time to time, customers may have issues with their orders. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response from customer service.
We will do our best to always put the customer first and resolve the issue in a timely manner. To resolve any issues, please email us at hello@plutopets.co.
Typically, we choose a refund regardless because the banks charge us fees on-top of the chargeback. If we feel that a chargeback is a clear case of consumer fraud, we have a "Zero Tolerance" policy and will refund the order.
However, If chargebacks happen outside the case of fraud - these include reasons such as: Shipping Times, Incorrect Orders, Defective Products and More
These orders outlining the above reasons will be sent to debt collections unless a resolution is otherwise stated.
